Director of Fundraising & Communications
Full Time: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Location: Hybrid working, home and office based - Amersham, Buckinghamshire (1 - 2 days in the office per week)
The Director of Fundraising and Communications will play a crucial role in realising our ambitious plans as a charity. The postholder will be a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who can lead, develop and inspire a dedicated and passionate team, supporting them in generating significant income through a variety of channels, including corporate partnerships, individual giving and major donations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive multi-income stream experience and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Trusts and Fundraising Officer
Full Time: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Salary £27,000 - £30,000
Location: Hybrid working, office based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire
We are looking for a tenacious, methodical, and organised person who can deliver sustainable income growth from trusts. We also need someone who is flexible and can react positively to a post-Coronavirus fundraising world.
The role’s main task is to maximise income from trusts by the creation of high-quality applications and reports to funders, and by providing excellent account management and cross-team collaboration.

Events Senior Executive
Part Time (14 hours per week - Flexibility is essential)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE Pro rata
Location: Hybrid working, home and office based - Amersham, Buckinghamshire
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and develop our events programme – developing, promoting and delivering a range of events that maximises income and drives supporter engagement. This new role is crucial in providing a seamless service for the charity to be able to cultivate relationships, secure income and raise its profile through well delivered events
As the Events Senior Executive, you will be instrumental in planning and delivering events, developing the exciting and engaging activities alongside a group of dedicated colleagues.

Volunteer
Volunteers help our organisation to run effectively and efficiently. We currently have a number of volunteers who work in virtual office based roles supporting with data, mailings, research and events. We have voluntary roles in fundraising, programmes, communications and finance. If you are interested in joining Team Marvellous and using your time to help seriously ill children, then please do get in touch.
