Roald Dahl Nurse Vacancies in the NHS
Roald Dahl Specialist Nurses work in the NHS and are established through our partnership. They are unique and highly sort after specialist nurse positions. Head of Fundraising and Communications
Full Time, permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: Hybrid working – office based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire (on tube and Chiltern Line and close to M25/M40/M1)

Head of Fundraising and Communications
Full Time, permanent
Salary: c£55,000
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire and hybrid working at home
Join the magical and life changing Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity as there new Head of Fundraising and Communications as they embark on a journey of growth.
We are searching for exceptional and successful senior fundraisers who possess multi-income stream experience ideally in MD, T&F and Corporate high-value support.
We are looking for candidates who excel at relationship fundraising and are interested in deputising for the Chief Executive and playing an ambassadorial role as you engage with high profile and varied audiences.
Relationship, communication, and leadership skills are required to make this role a success along with creativity, innovation, and drive.

Corporate Fundraising Executive
Full Time - Permanent - Hybrid
Salary: Salary £23,000-£28,000*
We are looking for an excellent relationship manager to join our small and ambitious fundraising team. The Corporate Fundraising Executive will be integral to the fundraising team, with a particular emphasis in supporting the Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver on all existing corporate partner activity, attract and retain new corporate partners, and meet our ambitious plans for growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder requirements. We are looking for someone who can engage and excite others with our cause, and has a passion for developing new partnerships.

Office and Database Admin
Full Time (35 hours) - Permanent
Would consider Part - Time (Minimum of 20 hours across 4/5 days a week)
Office Based - Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Salary £24,000 (pro-rata if part-time)
We are looking for an office and database admin to provide professional, efficient, and effective administrative support to our marvellous team and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office tasks and activities. There will be a focus on office, database, and finance administrative duties.

Trustee Roles
Trustee - Financial Investment (Voluntary role)
Time commitment: Approximately 8 days per year
Member of then Finance and HR Committee
We are seeking a trustee who can help shape investment policy, contribute to discussions on new funds, and ensure investment returns are sufficient to support the medium and longer-term financial sustainability of the charity whilst increasing the charitable impact.

Volunteer
Volunteers help our organisation to run effectively and efficiently. We currently have a number of volunteers who work in virtual office based roles supporting with data, mailings, research and events. We have voluntary roles in fundraising, programmes, communications and finance. If you are interested in joining Team Marvellous and using your time to help seriously ill children, then please do get in touch.
Please write to enquiries@roalddahlcharity.org stating who you are, why you’d like to volunteer and the areas you’d like to volunteer in. We will then follow up with you and work out the best role and timing to suit both of us. Thank you.
