It is a very exciting time for the charity and we are currently hiring for some marvellous new roles. Please see below for our current vacancies:

Trusts Fundraising Officer


Full - time or part - time ( 3 or 4 days / week)

Salary £24,000 (pro-rata if part - time)

We are looking for a tenacious, methodical and organised person who can deliver sustainable income growth from trusts. We want someone who shares our core values of being child focussed, sparky, empowering, resourceful and kind and who can live by the ethos of who Roald Dahl was and what he is delivering through his legacy. We also need someone who is flexible and can react positively to a post-Coronavirus fundraising world.

The role’s main task is to maximise income from trusts by the creation of high-quality applications and reports to funders, and by providing excellent account management and cross-team collaboration.

PR and Communications Manager


Full Time - Permanent - Hybrid

Salary £40,000-£45,000*

We are looking for a PR and Communications Manager to join our team.
The PR and Communications Manager will play a vital role in the development of our brand awareness and engagement through intelligent, targeted, and compelling communications.


The role will focus on delivering strong messaging and stories, building media and celebrity relationships, creating local, regional, and national PR opportunities, and building at least one awareness campaign per financial year, ensuring more and more people get to hear about the vital work we do.

Volunteer

Volunteers help our organisation to run effectively and efficiently. We currently have a number of volunteers who work in virtual office based roles supporting with data, mailings, research and events. We have voluntary roles in fundraising, programmes, communications and finance. If you are interested in joining Team Marvellous and using your time to help seriously ill children, then please do get in touch.
