Chief Executive, Louise Griew

Louise joined the charity in June 2019, having previously worked as CEO of the RAF Sports Federation, and Director of Fundraising and Communications for the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, Greenhouse Sports, and the Mayor’s Fund for London. Before this she spent much of her career working in sport marketing and sponsorship agencies.

Director of Development - Cinta Esmel

Cinta Esmel joined the charity in 2019 having previously worked as Director of Fundraising at GambleAware and Head of Development at the Mayor’s Fund for London – prior to moving to the charity sector she worked in the arts sector for over a decade.

Director of Programmes, Michelle Kukielka

Michelle joined the team in August 2021 having spent the last 14 years as Assistant Director Children’s Services for Barnardo’s. Before then, Michelle worked for the NHS for 25 years as a Nurse and Specialist Midwife. Michelle is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people, and addressing health inequalities.

Director of Finance, Mark Turner

Mark has worked within the organisation for over seven years - prior to moving to the charity sector, he worked in various finance roles in different sectors including pharmaceuticals and IT.

Head of Fundraising & Communications, Sophie Fanning - Tichborne

Sophie joined the charity as Head of Fundraising and Communications in 2025.
